Vessels Of Play Three

When ever i am making these works Jane Jacobs is in my head. I create small pieces of clay slabs that i press into plaster or bisque or 3d printed tools i've made. It is aggressive, the clay is forced into position, and then i take the slabs and gingerly put them together. trying to keep the whole slab, not losing most of it, maybe a bit of the edge. Each piece is precious. The geometry conforms to the pieces, folding or pushing out saving a section. The And i think of Jane Jacobs.
